Walcha's Centrelink Agency is located at the Telecottage and is open from 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.

The staff at the Telecottage are able to:

• respond to general questions on payments and services
• show you a quick and easy way to do your business with Centrelink through self service
• help you complete forms and other paperwork
• arrange referrals to specialist Centrelink services.

At the Centrelink Agency you can:

• use the telephone to ring prospective employers, speak to Centrelink or to use the self service options
• have your proof of identity documents copied
• use the fax or photocopier
• use the computer for Centrelink information, self service and other purposes like resume writing and searching for a job
• pick up and lodge Centrelink forms
